4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
4.1 Legal Basis
This policy is compliant with Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
4.2 Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns must be sent back within the 7-day window. Processing takes approximately 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
4.4 Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimate wear
- Earrings
4.5 Refund & Exchange Method
No cash refunds will be issued.
Approved returns will qualify for:
- Exchange for another item, or
- Store credit of equivalent value, as permitted under CPA Section 56.
